OVERVIEW OF DELIVERY SERVICES
Pottery Lab S.A.L. offers delivery of handcrafted ceramic products to customers within Lebanon and internationally. As all pieces are handmade to order, delivery timelines are directly tied to production schedules. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and in the condition it left our studio.
LOCAL DELIVERY TERMS
We offer local delivery across Lebanon. Orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched from our studio in Beirut Central District. Local deliveries are handled by our designated courier partners and are subject to standard handling times following production completion. We make every effort to ensure safe and timely delivery within Lebanon, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery windows due to local road and operational conditions.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TERMS
We ship internationally to select destinations. International orders are subject to additional handling time and are dispatched via our courier partners. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Pottery Lab S.A.L. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import restrictions, or carrier operations in the destination country. International customers are advised to check any applicable import restrictions prior to placing an order.
We will not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries or any restricted territories.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All Products are handmade to order. Estimated timeframes are as follows:

Production time: 30-45 business days depending on product complexity

Local delivery (Lebanon): 2 business days after dispatch

International delivery: 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pottery Lab S.A.L. is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING & COURIER PARTNERS
We work with trusted courier partners to handle the delivery of all orders. Aramex, DHL, and more. Partner availability may vary depending on the delivery destination.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping fee displayed at checkout. Pottery Lab S.A.L. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Upon delivery, a signed confirmation may be required. Customers must retain their signed delivery confirmation as proof of receipt. This document may be required in the event of a delivery dispute or damage claim.
CONDITION OF GOODS ON RECEIPT
All orders are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package before signing for delivery. If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, note this with the courier at the time of delivery. Any damage to the product must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing hello@potterylab.net with photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon successful completion of your order and payment, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within this timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@potterylab.net.
