SECTION 2 — SERVICES PROVIDED

Pottery Lab S.A.L. operates potterylab.net to offer handcrafted ceramic tableware, serving ware, sculptural objects, and custom commissioned pieces for purchase and delivery. We also offer a customization service allowing clients to select shapes, sizes, and glaze tones. All Products are handmade and subject to availability.

Any purchases made through this website are made directly with Pottery Lab S.A.L. Shopify, as the platform provider, is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us.

SECTION 3 — BOOKING AND RESERVATION TERMS

For custom commissions and workshop bookings, a reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion. Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in your order summary at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or import duties. All applicable charges will be disclosed before checkout is completed. No hidden fees are applied.

You warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and authorized for use.

SECTION 5 — EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy, available [LINK]. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 6 — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and checkout is accurate and up to date.

Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on this website.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to any third party.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies for their own reference.

SECTION 7 — PRODUCTION SCHEDULE AND DELIVERABLES

All Products are handmade to order. Production timelines vary depending on the nature and complexity of each piece. Estimated production and dispatch timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase or upon order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by production variables, shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and videos, is owned by or licensed to Pottery Lab S.A.L. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
